We would like to personally welcome you to participate in the MLS Peak Retreat, an exclusive invite-only event on July 20 – July 23, 2026, in Park City, Utah.
This is an intimate gathering of influential business and thought leaders from the Midwest and beyond, which creates spaces for open conversations and game-changing ideas through networking and unique activities not found at other conferences, with limited time spent inside a ballroom.
Let's strengthen existing relationships, forge new ones, and enjoy some truly remarkable experiences.
All retreat activities and hotel accommodations will be at or around the Montage Deer Valley property in Park City, Utah.

For MLSs, the antitrust laws generally prohibit facilitating agreement on:
- Minimum, maximum, or typical cooperative compensation
- Whether to use or adopt a vendor or service
- Business rules/policies that reduce MLSs' or brokers' need to compete against other MLSs, brokers, vendors, or other firms
- Employee salaries, non-competes, and non-solicits
What does this mean for the retreat?
- No comments may even suggest agreement on prohibited topics.
- Antitrust legal counsel is present and will guide attendees as needed.
- Keep discussion about ways to work together that could implicate competitive matters within the official meeting, with antirust counsel present. Not at dinner, the bar, or the golf course.
When in doubt, ask if a topic may be discussed.
